Anchovies and Potatoes. - Russian Appetizer Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Anchovies and Potatoes.:

1 can anchovies 2 tblsps vinegar
5-6 potatoes Green onions
1 tblsp salad oil Salt, pepper

Rice the freshly boiled potatoes and arrange in a heap. Roll the boned anchovies into rings and place them around the potatoes alternately with minced green onions. Make a dressing of salad oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over the potatoes.
