Beans with salad oil - Russian Appetizer Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Beans with salad oil:

1 cupful beans Pepper
1 onion Salt
3 tblsps vegetable oil Minced herbs

Soak the beans in cold water for 4 hours, then cook until tender, drain and fry in oil until browned. Fry the onion separately and add to the beans. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly and chill. Before serving sprinkle with minced herbs.
