Beetroot salad - Russian Appetizer Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Beetroot salad:

2-3 beetroots salt, pepper
2 tablsps salad oil Minced dill
¼ cupful vinegar or passley

Boil or bake the beetroots until tender. Peel and shred, sprinkle with salt and a dash of pepper. Moisten with the oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with minced dill or parsley.

Beetroot and Potato salad

Follow the directions for beetroot salad using an equal amount of beets and potatoes.
