Boiled Fish with Horseradish - Russian Appetizer Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Boiled Fish with Horseradish:

300 g fillet of fish 600 g garnishing
2 tblsps salad dressing (potatoes, carrots,
(50 g) cucumbers, green peas
100 g prepared or coleslaw)
horseradish

Cut unskinned fillet of fish into portions and cook in hot water to which herbs, carrot and condiments have been added. The fish may be cooked in hot spiced fish liquor. Cool the fish in the liquor then remove and drain. Dice the boiled and peeled carrots and potatoes, slice fresh or pickled cucumbers and arrange them and peas and coleslaw around the fish. Pour over oil and vinegar dressing (see p.25). Pass horseradish separately.
