Boiled zander with mayonnaise - Russian Appetizer RecipeHow to Cook & Prepare Boiled zander with mayonnaise: 800 g fish 150 g potatoes Boil the fish till tender then chill and cut into portions. Boil, peel and then dice the potatoes and carrots. Add sliced cucumber and tomatoes and green peas (reserve 1/3 for garnishing). Combine the vegetables with mayonnaise and heap in the centre of each individual plate. Place a piece of fish on top. Arrange the cucumber, tomato and peas which hve been reserved for garnishing in contrasting colours around the edge and pour over salad dressing. Dress the pieces of fish with mayonnaise.
