Cabbage, Apple and Celery Salad - Russian Appetizer Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Cabbage, Apple and Celery Salad:

500 g white cabbage 1 apple
1 stalk of celery or ¼ cupful vinegar
equal amount of ½ tblsp sugar
celeriac

Prepare the cabbage as directed for plain cabbage salad. Pare and dice the apple; shred the celery. Mix together cabbage, apple and celery. Add sugar and pour over vinegar. Serve with roast or boiled meat, fried or boiled fish or with cold meat or fish.
