How to Cook & Prepare Codfish salad with Horseradish:

250 g fillet of codfish ½ cupful mayonnaise
4 or 5 boiled potatoes 2 tsps vinegar
2 pickled cucumbers 50 g green onions
20 g horseradish Parsley

Dice chilled boiled codfish, potatoes and pickles. Grate the horseradish, add mayonnaise, salt and vinegar. Blend with fish, horseradish and sprigs of parsley.
