Crayfish salad - Russian Appetizer Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Crayfish salad:

Substitute crayfish meat in the above recipe.

Russian vegetable salad

(Vinegret)

4-5 potatoes 100 g sauerkraut
1 beetroot 1 carrot
2 pickled cucumbers 50 g green onions
1 fresh or pickled apple Minced dill

Separately boil the potatoes, beetroot and carrot until tender, drain and chill. Peel and dice, slice or shoestring the ingredients. Mix with sauerkraut. Before serving pour over mustard dressing and toss. Garnish with sliced beetroot, minced green onions and dill, or cucumbers and tomatoes.
