Cucumber salad with sour cream - Russian Appetizer Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Cucumber salad with sour cream:

3 cucumbers salt
¼ cupful sour cream pepper
½ tablsp vinegar dill

Wash and peel the cucumbers. Cut into thin slices and arrange in a salad bowl. Before serving sprinkle with a dash of salt and pepper, pour over the sour cream mixed with the vinegar. Salt to taste. Sprinkle with mince dill.
