Green Dressing - Russian Appetizer RecipeHow to Cook & Prepare Green Dressing: 300 g mayonnaise ½ tsp mustard Parboil the spinach, terragon, parsley and dill for 2-3 minutes. Coo, sift and combine with mayonnaise, add 1 tbslp Yuzhny sauce, sugar, mustard and salt to taste and blend thoroughly. Serve with cold boiled fish or fried crumbed fish.
