How to Cook & Prepare Horseradish and vinegar sauce.:

Scrape, wash and grate a horseradish root, Pour over boiling water to cover and close with a lid. When cool add and close with a lid. When cool add vinegar, salt and sugar. Mix thoroughly.

Sour cream and vinegar dressing
I

¼ cupful sour cream 1 tsp powdered sugar
¼ cupful vinegar salt and pepper to taste
Thoroughly blend the sour cream salt, pepper, vinegar and suagr.

½ cupful sour cream
1-1 ½ tblsps vinegar
Sugar to taste

Thoroughly blend the ingredients.
