How to Cook & Prepare Lettuce-and-Egg salad with sour cream dressing.

300 g lettuce, washed ½ cupful sour cream
and drained and vinegar
1 cucumber dressing
1 hard-cooked egg Dill or parsley

Cut the lettuce. Chop the hard-cooked egg and combine with sour cream and vinegar dressing (see p.24). Pour the dressing over the lettuce, foss, decorate with sliced cucumber, sprinkle with minced dill or parsley. Serve immediately.
