Mayonnaise and Gherking Dressing - Russian Appetizer Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Mayonnaise and Gherking Dressing:

1 ½ cupsful (300 g) 1 tblsp Yuzhny sauce
mayonnaise 100 g gherkins or
mixed pickles
Mince the gherkins or pickles, squeeze slightly and mix with the mayonnaise. Add the Yuzhny sauce and combine thoroughly. Serve with cold roast beef, veal, lamb, boiled meat or hot fried crumbed fish.
