Meat salad - Russian Appetizer Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Meat salad:

200 g boiled or roast ½ tblsp Yuzhny sauce
meat ½ cupful mayonnaise
4-5 boiled potatoes Lettuce leaves
2 pickled cucumbers salt, pepper

Dice the meat, potatoes and pickled cucumbers; combine Yuzhny sauce with mayonnaise, salt and black pepper. Heap in a salad bowl and garnish with lettuce leaves, pickles sliced lengthwise and pieces of meat.
