Mushroom “Caviar” - Russian Appetizer RecipeHow to Cook & Prepare Mushroom “Caviar” :
250 g pickled Pepper Any pickled mushrooms or cooked dried mushrooms may be used. Wash and
drain the pickled mushrooms and chop fine. Mince the onion and sauté
in oil, cool and add to the mushrooms. Add pepper to taste. After cooking
the dried mushrooms, prepare as directed above. Add salt and pepper to
taste. Add a little lemon juice
