Potato salad - Russian Appetizer RecipeHow to Cook & Prepare Potato salad: 500 g boiled potatoes ¼ cupful vinegar Peel and dice the potatoes; salt and pepper to taste; moisten with vinegar and salad oil. Heap in a bowl and sprinkle with minced dill, parsley or green onions. This salad is especially good if the potatoes are freshly cooked and still warm. Serve with hot or cold veal, mutton, pork or fish as a separate course.
