Radish salad with sour cream - Russian Appetizer Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Radish salad with sour cream:

2-3 bunches of radishes ½ cupful sour cream
1 hard-cooked egg salt

Wash and slice 25-30 radishes thin. Mash the egg yolk, add sour cream and salt. Combine with radishes and white of egg chopped fine.
