Russian Fruit and Vegetable Salad - Russian Appetizer Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Russian Fruit and Vegetable Salad:

1 apple Celery and parsley
1 pear greens (50 g each)
1 tangerine ½ head lettuce
1 orange 50n g green peas
3-4 boiled potatoes ½ cupful mayonnaise
1 boiled carrot Juice of 1 lemon
1 cucumber Salt
2 tsps sugar

Peel and slice the apple, pear, potatoes, carrot and cucumber. Add the peas, minced celery and parsley. Before serving sprinkle with a dash of salt and sugar and combine with the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Garnish with sliced orange, tangerine and lettuce.
