Salmon, chum salmon - Russian Appetizer RecipeHow to Cook & Prepare Vegetable oil and vinegar dressing

Combine 2 or 3 tablespoonsful vinegar with salt, sugar and pepper to taste. Stir in 1 to 1 ½ tablespoonsful vegetable oil. Mustard and egg dressing Salmon, chum salmon Skin, bone and thinly slice the salt salmon. Garnish with parsley or
lettuce leaves and lemon slices. If too salfy, soak the salmon in water
for 3 or 4 hours before slicing. Then wipe it dry with a towel, brush
with salad oil, refrigerate for 1 – 1 ½ hours and then slice.
