Sausage or Ham Salad - Russian Appetizer Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Sausage or Ham Salad:

200 g sausage or 1 apple
ham ½ head lettuce
3 or 4 boiled potatoes 1 cupful mayonnaise
50 g celery parsley
75 g gherkins or Tarragon
Sweetsour pickles salt

Dice the boned fowl, potatoes, cucumbers (or gherkins) one egg and the apple; cut the lettuce into large pieces. Combine the mayonnaise with the lemon juice and powdered sugar, Pour dressing over the salad and salt to taste, Heap in salad bowl and garnish with the lettuce, wedges of hard-cooked eggs, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.
