codfish salad with Mayonnaise - Russian Appetizer Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare codfish salad with Mayonnaise:

200 g fillet of 1 pickled cucumber
codfish ½ cupful mayonnaise
50 g celery 1 tblsp vinegar
1 apple Lettuce leves
1 bunch radishes salt

Chill the radishes, cucumber and apple before slicing. Bone the chilled, boiled fish, remove the skin and cut into portions. Pour vinegar over the fish and set aside in cold place. Before serving salt the vegetables lightly and combine with two or three tablsepoonsful of mayonnaise. Drain the lettuce and arrange on salad plates. Heap the vegetables on the lettuce and top with a piece of fish. Pour the remaining dressing over the fish. For variety, different combinations of vegetables may be used.
