Buckwheat kasha and dried mushrooms - Russian Bread and Pies Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Buckwheat kasha and dried mushrooms:

2 cupsful buckwheat 50 g dried mushrooms,
groats cooked and finely
2 or 3 tblsps butter or chopped
boiled butter 1 onion

Prepare a fluffy buckwheat kasha and mix with the minced onion sautéed in butter and the mushrooms. Salt to taste.
