Buckwheat kasha and liver - Russian Bread and Pies Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Buckwheat kasha and liver:

300 g liver 3 eggs
1 cupful buckwheat 1 or 2 onions
groats salt, pepper
2or 3 tblsps butter

Wash veal, lamb or pork liver in cold water. Cut into small pieces and sauté in butter together with the minced onions. When tender, finely chop the liver, season with salt and pepper, mix with buckwheat kasha made of 1 cupful of groats, and chopped hard-cooked eggs.
