Cooked Meat - Russian Bread and Pies Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Cooked Meat:

Put the meat through the food chopper. Saute the minced onion, add the meat and fry for another 3 or 4 minutes. Add chopped hard-cooked eggs, minced dill, salt and pepper to taste and 1 or 2 tblsps butter. Add 1 or 2 tblsps stock if the filling is too dry.

Pluck
1 kg pluck 3 eggs
2or 3 tblsps butter 2 onions
Minced dill or parsley

Beef, calf, lamb or pork pluck may be used. Wash in warm water and cook till tender. Cut into small pieces and put through the food chopper. Saute slightly together with the minced onions. Add chopped hard-cooked eggs, minced dill or parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
