Dried Mushrooms and Rice - Russian Bread and Pies Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Dried Mushrooms and Rice:

50 g dried mushrooms 2 or 3 tblsps butter or
1 cupful rice vegetable oil
1 or 2 onions salt, pepper

Cook the mushrooms and cut them fine. Add sautéed minced onion, mix and sauté for 2 or 3 minutes. Boil the rice, drain and mix with the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.
