Fresh Boletus Mushrooms - Russian Bread and Pies Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Fresh Boletus Mushrooms:

1 kg mushrooms 1 onion
1 or 2 tblsps butter ¼ cupful sour cream
minced parsley or dill salt

Clean, wash and cook the mushrooms till tender. Cut them into small pieces and sauté in butter. Add the sour cream, sautéed onion and salt to taste. Cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Add the parsley or dill and cool.
