How to Cook & Prepare Green Onions and Eggs:

400 g green onions 3 or 4 tblsps butter
4 eggs salt, pepper
Wash and cut up the green onions. Saute slightly and then mix with the chopped hard-cooked eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste
