Marrow Pancakes - Russian Bread and Pies Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Marrow Pancakes:

Make a puree of 1 kg marrow. Add 3 tblsps butter, mix and cool. Add three beaten eggs, salt, ¼ cupful sugar and mix thoroughly. Gradually stir in 2 cupsful of flour and 2 g soda. Beat until the batter begins to bubble. Cook on a hot well-greased griddle.
