Pickled Mushrooms - Russian Bread and Pies Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Pickled Mushrooms:

1 kg pickled 2 or 3 tblsps boiled
mushrooms butter or vegetable oil
1 or 2 onions pepper

Wash the mushrooms. If too pungent, soak them for an hour or two in cold water. Drain thoroughly, cut the mushrooms fine and sauté in butter. Separately sauté the minced onion and then mix with the mushrooms , add pepper to taste.
