Rice and Eggs - Russian Bread and Pies Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Rice and Eggs:

1 ¼ cuspful rice minced dill
3 or 4 eggs 2 or 3 tblsps butter
salt, pepper

Wash the rice and boil in salt water (10 to 12 cupsful). Drain thoroughly in a strainer. Mix together the boiled rice, chopped hard-cooked eggs, butter, minced dill and salt to taste.

Buckwheat kasha and eggs
2 cuspful buckwheat 2 or 3 tblsps butter or
groats boiled butter
3 or 4 eggs
Prepare a fluffy buckwheat kasha and mix with the chopped hard-cooked eggs and butter. Salt to taste.
