Rice or Millet with Raisins - Russian Bread and Pies Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Rice or Millet with Raisins:

1 cupful rice or millet 2 or 3 tblsps sugar
200 g raisins 1 ½ tblsps butter

Wash the raisins in warm water, drain thoroughly and dry on a cloth. Mix them with boiled rice or fluffy millet kasha (see p.135), sugar and butter.
