Thin Batter Pancakes - Russian Bread and Pies Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Thin Batter Pancakes:

(Blinchiki)
250 g flour 2 tblsps boiled butter
2 ½ cupsful milk (to oil griddle)
3 eggs ¼ tsp salt
2 tblsps butter

Beat the egg yolks, add ½ cupful milk, salt and sugar. Gradually stir in flour and combine thoroughly. Heat and add the butter. Beat the batter until smooth. Gradually add the rest of the milk and beaten egg whites. Cook thin blinchiki on a well-oiled griddle. When done fold into quarter size and remove from the griddle to a hot plate; cover with a napkin. Pass honey or sugar
