Buckwheat Pudding with Fresh Mushrooms - Russian Cereals & Puddings Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Buckwheat Pudding with Fresh Mushrooms :

1 cupful buckwheat ½ cupful sour cream
groats 2 tblsps butter
500 g fresh mushrooms

Make a buckwheat kasha as directed. When done, add the mushrooms, butter and sour cream. Mix thoroughly. Transfer to a casserole or baking pan and bake for 20 to 30 minutes
