Guryevskaya Kasha - Russian Cereals & Puddings Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Guryevskaya Kasha:

¾ cupful mannacroup 50 g almonds
2 eggs ½ vanilla powder
½ cupful sugar ½ can fruit
2 cupsful milk salt
2 tblsps butter

Bring the milk to a boil, add sugar, salt and vanilla. Gradually stir in the mannacroup and cook for 10 minutes stirring continuously. Add the butter and raw eggs. Mix thoroughly and transfer to a buttered baking pan. Sprinkle with sugar and bake until the crust is golden brown. Serve garnished with cooked fruit and sweet sauce. Sprinkle with roasted almonds. This kasha may be served for desert.
