Mannacroup Pudding with Fruit - Russian Cereals & Puddings Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Mannacroup Pudding with Fruit:

(Zapekanka with Fruit)

1 cupful cereal 2 or 3 tblsps sugar
4 cupsful milk 2 eggs
½ tsp salt 2 or 3 tblsps butter
100 g fruit various

Cook the cereal in the milk. When done add the sugar, eggs, salt and butter and mix thoroughly. Pour into a buttered baking pan, level off the top and sprinkle with sugar. Bake until the crust is golden brown. Before serving put fresh, cooked or canned fruit on each piece and pour sweet fruit or berry sauce over.
