Millet Kasha with Milk - Russian Cereals & Puddings Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Millet Kasha with Milk:

1 cupful millet 1 tblsp sugar
4 cupsful milk ¼ tsp salt

Bring the milk to boiling point and add the washed millet. Stir frequently and cook over a low heat for 30 minutes. Add the sugar and salt, mix and set over the lower part of the double-boiler or keep it on the hob to steam for 15 or 20 minutes.
