2 cupsful millet 1 tsp salt Add butter and salt to the water and bring to a boil. Pour in the cereal
which has been washed and cook until it thickens. Steam on the hob for
50 to 60 minutes. When the cereal is done stir in 1 or 2 tblsps butter. Add salt to the water and bring to boiling point. Pour in the washed millet and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain off the water and stir in the butter. Steam on the hob for 40 to 50 minutes. When the kasha is done mix in 1 or 2 tablespoonsful of butter. [an error occurred while processing this directive]
