Noodle Pudding(Lapshevnik) - Russian Cereals & Puddings Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Noodle Pudding(Lapshevnik):

250 g noodles 2 tblsps bread crumbs
1 egg 1 tblsp butter
1 cupful milk ½ tsp salt
2 tblsps sugar

Cook and drain the noodles. Put them in a buttered baking pan and pour over the milk, raw egg, sugar and salt which have been combined. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and butter. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until browned. Serve sprinkled with sugar or butter.
