String Beans with Walnut Sauce - Russian Cereals & Puddings Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare String Beans with Walnut Sauce:

Wash and remove the stings of the beans. Cut and cook in boiling salt water for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain in a strainer, transfer to a salad bowl and pour over walnut sauce.

walnut Sauce
100 g shelled walnuts ¼ cupful vinegar
100 g dry or green 1 clove of garlic
Onions salt, red pepper
50 g kindza or
parsley greens

Grind the nut meat and garlic. Add salt, red pepper, minced onion and minced kindza. Combine thoroughly and stir in the vinegar.
