White Beans Paste - Russian Cereals & Puddings Recipe
How to Cook & Prepare White Beans Paste:
(Armenian Manner)
320 g white beans 2 tsps vegetable oil
80 g seedless raisins Lemon slices
120 g shelled almonds salt
Parsley
Wash, cook, drain and then press the beans through a sieve. Remove the
skins from the almonds which have been soaked, chop them up and add to
the bean paste along with the raisins. Transfer the mixture to a baking
pan that has been greased with vegetable oil and cook over low heat for
10 to 15 minutes. Serve garnished with lemon slices and parsley.
