Cottage Cheese Pudding - Russian Diary Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Cottage Cheese Pudding:

500 g cottage cheese 100 g raisins
1 egg 1 cupful berry or fruit
3 tblsps sour cream juice syrup
3 tblsps sugar 3 tblsps butter
¼ vanilla powder salt
2 tblsps mannacroup

Put the cottage cheese through the food chopper, add 2 tblsps boiled butter, a beaten egg and sugar, mannacroup, ½ tsp salt and the vanilla. Mix thoroughly with a wooden paddle; add the raisins. Transfer the mixture to a buttered pan drdged with bread crumbs. Level the top, brush with sour cream and dot with butter. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a hot oven. Serve hot with syrup or sour cream poured over.
