Cottage Cheese Pudding - Russian Diary RecipeHow to Cook & Prepare Cottage Cheese Pudding: 500 g cottage cheese 100 g raisins Put the cottage cheese through the food chopper, add 2 tblsps boiled butter, a beaten egg and sugar, mannacroup, ½ tsp salt and the vanilla. Mix thoroughly with a wooden paddle; add the raisins. Transfer the mixture to a buttered pan drdged with bread crumbs. Level the top, brush with sour cream and dot with butter.
