Apple Kissel - Russian Desserts Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Apple Kissel:

500 g apples 1 ½ tblsps potato flour
¾ cupful sugar

Pare and slice the apples thinly and cook in 2 cupsful of water until soft. Press through a sieve and mix with liquor. Add the sugar, bring to a boil and stir in the potato flour which has been dissolved in water
