Mix with ½ cupful of cold boiled water and rub the pulp through a strainer. Boil the berry skins in 2 cupsful of water for 5 minutes and then strain. Add the sugar to the water, bring to a boil and stir in the dissolved potato flour. Stirring continuously, bring to a boil again. Pour the berry juice into the kissel and blend.
