Kissel: 50 g dried bilberries or ¾ cupful sugar Wash the dried berries in hot water and drain. Cover with 2 cupsful of cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. When the berries are soft, strain the liquid into another saucepan. Crush the berries with a wooden spoon or masher and add 1 cupful of water. Bring to a boil, drain and squeeze the liquid out of the berries. Add the sugar, bring to a boil again and stir in the potato flour which has been dissolved in water.
