Milk Kissel - Russian Desserts RecipeHow to Cook & Prepare Milk Kissel: 4 cupsful milk 2 tblsps cornstarch or Bring three cupsful of milk to a boil and add the sugar. Dissolve the cornstarch in 1 cupful of cold milk (or boiled water), and stirring continuously add it to the boiling milk. Boil the kissel for 5 minutes over low heat.
