Baked Fish - Russian Fish & Seafood RecipeHow to Cook & Prepare Baked Fish: Regardless of whether the fish is put into the oven raw, fried or boiled, the oven must be well heated beforehand, otherwise the fish will turn pale yellow instead of golden brown, be dry and tasteless. Garnish with boiled or fried potatoes, cucumbers or green salad. This fish may be served cold garnished with cucumbers, tomatoes or any spiced fruits.
