Boiled Beluga, Sevruga or Sturgeon - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Boiled Beluga, Sevruga or Sturgeon:

500 g fish 1 tblsp butter
800 g potatoes salt, minced parsley

Cook beluga, other sturgeon fish or catfish in large pieces and slice immediately before serving. Cover with water until about 2 cm above the fish; bring to the boil over high heat then turn the heat down, cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.

Cut and serve the fish garnished with buttered boiled potatoes sprinkled with the minced parsley. Pass horseradish and vinegar separately.
