Boiled Codfish - Russian Fish & Seafood RecipeHow to Cook & Prepare Boiled Codfish: Cut the fish into portions with or without skin, ribs and backbone. Arrange
in the boiling savoury stock (see below) in a single layer, skin upward.
Cook for 12-15 minutes. Serve with a garnishing of boiled potatoes. Pour
over egg sauce (or egg-and-butter sauce, tomato sauce, capers sauce, melted
butter) or pass the sauce separately.
