How to Cook & Prepare Boiled Fish with Potatoes:

500 g fish 1 tsp salt
800 g potatoes minced parsley
200 g sauce

Cut the prepared fish (zander, pike catfish, tench, etc.) into pieces. Separately boil whole potatoes. Place the fish on a platter, garnish with the boiled potatoes, sprinkle with minced parsley. Separately pass egg-and-butter sauce or horseradish-and-vinegar sauce. Instead of sauce, parsley butter may be served.
