Boiled Fish with Potatoes - Russian Fish & Seafood Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Boiled Fish with Potatoes:

and salt pork
750 g fish 100 g salt pork
800 g potatoes salt, pepper
1-2 onions minced parsley

Dice the pork, add sliced onion and fry. Add the pared and sliced potatoes, salt, pepper and one cupful of water. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Cut the fish into pieces and add to the potatoes. Simmer until tender. Sprinkle with the minced parsley; serve with potatoes.
